The sacred Omniscient Relics of Deegawapiya Stupa and the Crest-Gem placed at the Panagoda Bodhirajaramaya moved in a religious procession to Bellanwila Rajamaha Viharaya today (September 9) for public veneration.

Accordingly, the procession carrying the Deegawapiya revered articles arrived at the Bellanwila Rajamaha Viharaya amidst religious blessings and the revered articles will be placed on September 10 and 11 for public veneration.

Arrangements have been made for the exposition of these revered articles at the Pepiliyana Sunethra Devi Piriven Maha Viharaya on 12, Rathmalana Parama Dhamma Chethiya Pirivena on 13, Maharagama Siri Vajiragnana Dharmayathanaya on 14 before they are taken to Kotte Rajamaha Viharaya for exposition on September 15.
