The sacred Omniscient Relics of Deegawapiya Stupa and the Crest-Gem now placed at the Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya is scheduled to move in a religious procession for public veneration of the island-wide devotees.

Accordingly, the procession carrying the Deegawapiya revered articles will begin at the Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya amidst religious blessings on 03 September and arrive at the Gangarama Temple where the revered articles are placed on 03 and 04 September for public veneration.

Arrangements have been made for the exposition of these revered articles at the Ananda College on September 05, Sri Sambodhi Temple on 06 and 07, Kaduwela Sangha Pitti Ancient Temple on 08 and Panagoda Bodhirajaramaya on 09 before they are taken to Bellanwila Rajamaha Viharaya for exposition on September 10 and 11.

These sacred articles will remain at the Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya until Sep 03 for public veneration.
